Apple VS HTC???

Why is all the features available for an HTC One M8 but not for an Apple iPhone SE or even other newer phone models? If I am able to get the play bar on a HTC One M8 for free then why shouldnt this feature be available for all phone models? This is the only reason why Im rating it a four star. Also Im rating it a four star because of how much the company is charging for a playback feature. Four dollars for this feature is overcharging imo. Other then this I like the app a lot and what it offers for FREE!!!!
