Doesnt work any longer!!

The app was my go to for everything and it worked flawlessly well until recently. But now, it works only if I keep the app open on the phone in the foreground, which basically means I cant use my phone for anything else. This basically beats the purpose of the app. I even get a notification from the app asking me to keep it in the foreground which means the devs are aware of the problem, but have chosen to ignore this!!! Its a shame really. This was an awesome app. A 5 starrer when it worked..!
