Lagging since buying upgrade

Not connecting like before. Since upgrading
Takes forever to connect. Didnt have to turn
Off ipad several times. Connects to tv before
Tv cast icon has turned blue. keeps flashing red. Before you could touch app and get drop
Down message to connect. Not anymore.
Please fix.
