This app works!

Got this to cast videos from my iPad to my TV. It definitely does the job. Buy the package, you really need the addons.

Its a browser. You go to the site with the video, a banner appears, you click on it and the video plays on your TV. You cant mirror your screen, it just plays videos. East to pause, ff, rw. It has a neat 30 sec jump feature and the popup blocker works great too.
